These Terms of Service are provided by Infodots Digital, LLC, trading as Johannesburg Web Design. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.1 Payment Upfront: All payments must be made upfront once the project scope and pricing have been agreed upon between Infodots Digital, LLC and the client.
2.2 Payment Plans for Larger Projects: For project budgets exceeding R25,000 (ZAR), we offer a 50/50 payment split:
2.3 Accepted Currencies: We accept payments in both South African Rand (ZAR) and United States Dollars (USD).
2.4 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
No Refunds Once Project Commenced: Once a project has commenced and the project slot has been booked and paid, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes partial refunds. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the project scope and agree to proceed.
4.1 Not Included in Service: Infodots Digital, LLC does not provide domain registration, web hosting, or other hosting-related services. These services are the responsibility of the client.
4.2 Separate Quotation: If the client requires assistance with domain registration, hosting setup, or related services, we can provide a separate quotation for these services at an additional cost.
4.3 Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for arranging and maintaining their own domain and hosting infrastructure independent of our web design services.
Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Any delays caused by the client in providing necessary information or feedback may result in timeline extensions.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed website design and content created specifically for their project. However, we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Infodots Digital, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the website designed by us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Infodots Digital, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
